The 2nd Marma point is to Forgive and Forget.
Position: back of left hand, fleshy area between the thumb and index finger. Press Marma 6 times.
If we don't forgive and forget our life remains stuck. The point is between the base of the thumb and the index finger. It should be pressed 6 times.
The 3rd Marma point is for Reconnecting with your Source.
Position: These Marma points are located by holding the top of your thumbs and the top of your index fingers together. Do this on both hands.
Hold for several minutes, you can also recite the mantras
Aham brahmasmi Om Srim. I am spirit, spirit I am. I offer my love to the Supreme Godhead.
The 4th Marma point is the Fountain of Youth.
Position: It is located at the midpoint between the wrist and elbow on the inner part of your right arm.
Press 6 times.
The 5th Marma point is for Mental Equilibrium.
Position: On the first joint of the index finger on your right hand.
Press 6 times.
The 6th Marma point is for Emotional Equilibrium.
Placement: On the second joint of the index finger on the right hand.
Press 6 times.
