Marma Therapy #4

Marma is the secret art and science of the ancient Ayurveda that works on sensitive energy points of the body. This electronic report is based from a written report by Dr. Richard Masla ND an Ayurvedic at the Alachua Integrative Medicine center in North Central Florida.

Part #1 outlined how Baba Ram Das Swami taught that 32% of the world's population fear Death. 32% fear Life and 32% fear Life and Death. Only 4% enjoy existence, enjoy life. Part #2 shows how to be in the present and use point one to be more aware and alert. Part #3 outlines the second through six points.

Dr. Masla continues explaining points seven through ten here.

Ram Das Swami said, "If you know how to focus magic can happen."

The 7th Marma point is for Focus.

Placement: Between the eyebrows.

Press 6 times for Ekabrata-(Total Focus). Then without blinking your eyes stare at a card for 1-5 minutes. Then close your eyes and relax.

It is important to sit in a power position when doing Marma Shakti. Do not sit with your legs folded or in a slouched position. With your two feet firmly planted on the earth.

Svapna Siddhi, the 8th Marma point is for Manifesting your Dreams.

Whatever you see outside in your life is nothing but manifestation of what is going on inside of yourself. By using Marma Shakti you are using an ancient technology to make your dreams a reality. From the subtle levels of your conscious and sub-conscious mind, to the thought forms that flow to God; then nature manifests the dream in the world. No fear and no worry. Our outer voice is a manifestation of our inner voice.

Swapna Kosa discovers your Dreams.

Placement: The inside lateral base of the thumb on the left hand.

Press six times. Breathe deeply and allow your inner voice to manifest your true desires. Do this process 4 times. Please write down the information that comes to you.

The 9th Marma point is the Position of Today.

Location: Four fingers down from the wrist on your left arm.

Picture your present position in life. Being grateful for what you have and aware of what you want. Press Marma 3 times.

The 10th Marma point Swapna Siddhi is for Manifesting your Dream.

Placement: Four fingers down from your wrist on your right arm.

Close your eyes and visualize in front of your right eye a white frame. Place your dream in the frame. Press Marma 6 times. Next, magnify the picture 10 times, press Marma 6 times. Next, magnify picture 100 times, press Marma 6 times. Next, remove the frame and enter into your dream, experience how it feels. Take several deep relaxing breathes and slowly open your eyes.

Used as a regular routine your own Marma treatment on these ten points can dramatically improve your life.
